First Knanaya wedding movie made by Rev Fr Velliyan. Majority of this was filmed at Kaipuzha during 1980's.

it is a ritual named "kacha thazhukal". by this the relatives of the bride and groom promises to be always with them whenever they need them.

Yes, location is correct. However, I'm told the date is wrong, this must be taken from the 1960's.

its not a real wedding.. it was taken in 81 or 82. mainly it was taken in Kaipuzha and kaduthuruthy. So it should be your grandma.

I agree with @fanboy1013. This video has to be older than 1980s. The quality of the film seems that way. Also, does anybody know if this is a real wedding or just done for a movie? I think I found my great-grandmother in this footage who is from Kaduthuruthy! Thanks for sharing this.

@King Kong Fortunately for you, stupidity is not a crime. Also its true what they say in your case, ignorance is bliss. Look, if the churches of both Antioch and Rome have recognised is legitimacy and historicity of the Knanaya community, who needs your validation ? None I have seen you on many of our Knanaya videos. You have made some claims? Where is your evidence ? Without proof, you are simply looking like fool in front of everyone. Guess you have no other job but to troll.
