Recently my knee was killing me, went to the doctor she said we’d keep and eye on it. Very painful had to keep my leg straight in bed. So one night I’m sitting with my leg straight out and I wiggled my toes and my cat went to attack my foot! I pulled my knee up so fast, and heard something…..fixed my knee pain! lol! 🤷‍♀️

Bob and Brad, I want to thank you, my knee was trying to buckle and the pain was excruciating, I did the exercises you showed and my knee is working again and the pain has gone down to a 2! Any advice for pain due to a baker cyst along with osteoarthritis. I’ve iced , stretched, heat and no help in reducing the cyst.

My knee just started hurting while walking (I walk briskly 2 m a day), today was so bad I couldn’t even finish walk, limped to car. I’m 63. My brother thinks it cos of how I walk, wide strides, heel to toe, is that it? I’ll try these stretches and hot and cold. Thanks !

I have always wanted Liberty Fabrics, but I really want the Betsy prints or something similar with small colorful flowers in a rainbow of colors. I did see some Liberty fabric that a friend was using and it was really thin. I don't know if there is a difference in what she had compared to a quilter's cotton. If I found the collection I wanted on Fat Quarter Shop, I would buy them there.
