Of all the games currently being remade, KOTOR is probably the most deserving. It was one of Bioware's first 3D games and it shows; The controls and UX are extra janky by modern standards. However, it is absolutely one of the best games of all time and also had a massive impact on the Star Wars universe (Legends AND new canon)

I tried to play it a couple years ago because I had always heard how good it was, but I just couldn't get over the janky controls and combat mechanics. I really do hope they come through and modernize it a bit

Man i remember being so excited by the prospect of an investigative spy thriller open world game made by Rockstar, such a shame Agent got canned, i still think its a great idea that hasn't being explored a lot in gaming.

I don't think it was confirmed to be an open world. I don't think it would've made sense as one, either. My main expectation from a spy game is the ability to going on missions all around the world, and open world design is the opposite of that.

They should have given kotor to bluepoint. They would have done a one to one perfect upgrade, and everyone would be happy. If they worked with the original designers and concept artist, they may have even been able to add a couple of removed planet and quest. That would be amazing.

Such a stab in the back not getting the KOTOR remake. Especially since there was a private group who, I think, were working on like a mod that modernized the graphics and animations and they were like 70% done. It looked beautiful. They were given a cease and desist from Disney and then like a month later Sony announced the KOTOR remake. We could’ve had a free “remaster” of KOTOR and Disney/Sony/Lucasarts all screwed us over. Again.

Ever since RDR undead nightmare, I've been expecting a similar thing done with GTA, zombies in GTA would make it so unique, and imagine if they spoke too like in RDR, that's a gold mine in my opinion, pretty sure people do zombie mods, but to have rockstar officially do it would be cool

It would be really nice if Rockstar went back to the drawing board and started working on Agent again. It seems like it would be a fantastic game. Even if it’s not a full blown GTA/RDR high detail, graphic, 40hr+ story something 15hrs linear even would be cool.

Idk what your budget for a monitor is, but I got an Omen 27i (they renamed it to something else) and I love it. Very color accurate for any editing needs, 165hz, 1440p. They make it up to 32in I think

I think you're not wrong about KotoR. It's such a great and special game, it's really hard to remake it properly. But for me, it's KotoR II, that's the best Star Wars game I ever played. It's naturally better if you played KotoR I, but Kreia is one of the best characters ever written.

Sands of time remake looks interesting...hoping that if the new mgs collection (pt 2) has mgs 4, and all the portable games...acid games, potable ops, peace walker and the Gameboy games...don't know if it is worth it to just have mgs 4 and 5...would want more, however, it would be nice to play mgs 3 upgraded( for the most part) for the ps5
