I loved Knots Landing,..one of my favorite shows growing up! Took me all the way from grade school through college.

i recently bought all 14 seasons on ioffer.com for $200. Yes they are vhs to dvd transfers, but it s better than waiting for warner's to release the remaining seasons which they said they have no intentions of doing

Before there was Mack and Valene on Knots Landing, there was Detectives Crocker and Long in the Kojak episode, "Lady in the Squad Room" in 1977!!!

I'm a huge KL fan like so many others, but, how can anyone say JVA looks the BEST ever. She looks like an old lady who is missing her bottom teeth. It's really shocking to see this. After reading the comments, many have mentioned plastic surgery. If that's what she had, she should sue the doctor because it's hard to look at her.

The main problem Joan has is in her lips. She's had injections, and they've failed her. Not sure if it can be reversed. She needs to go on the show "Botched."

Michele Lee was incorrect. Dallas had 14 Seasons, the first season was a five episode pilot in April of 1978. Dallas had 357 episodes, Knots Landing had 344.

You can't count the Dallas mini-series as a season and if you are, then you need to count in Knots' mini-series too out of fairness which puts Knots on 15 seasons and Dallas on 14.

And to think Joan did animation voice-overs, starting with Hanna-Barbera(Cyrano de Bergerac[1974], Last of the Mohicans[1975]), then Filmation(Super 7[1978]), DePatie-Freleng(Spider-Woman[1979])and Ruby-Spears(Thundarr[1980])!!!
