Change your cables to blue knott stainless. In our nordic countries originals rust and freeze. Had the same problem and it was the cables acting weird.

velipojalla meni kärrystä laakerit, rummut, kengät vaihtoon ku joku oli vetänyt jarrut päällä. se remontti makso. mun kärryssä on toyotan jarrut ja navat ni osat ei paljoo maksa.
