Watching these vlogs are like warm summer afternoons at a beach. And I may say this as more than middle-aged-woman - Koa is the sweetest, funniest guy - he´s so much joy to watch! I hope this does not sound too "objectifiying" - but you, Mr. Rothman, seem to be a very reflected, level-headed human being with a great sense of dry humor. Keep on the good work on this vlog! Definitely get a 4Runner. They’re just as reliable as the Tacoma’s and they’ll last forever. I keep my boards in there and they don’t get super fried from the sun or anything

Get some good organic vanilla ice cream low on sugar cut those papayas up into cubes get 4 scoops of the ice cream to about a cup of papaya cubes throw it into a blender and enjoy some epic papaya cream

Aloha Koa! I enjoy your videos. I used to take surf vacations to the north shore and surfed milder spots like chuns, kamiland, lanikea, and smaller days at haleiwa. I like my Nissan Xtrail, back seats down, good to carry a quiver when your not sure what board to take. I had a Nissan Quest when I visitied Hawaii...not a cool car although I loved the electric doors & heaps of room. You could pull the seats out & make an epic custom camper I reckon : )

I went from a truck to a small SUV and I would recommend getting another truck. I miss having the space of the truck and the versatility. The amount of sand that you would get in the SUV would be TOUGH! Good luck finding a small truck for cheap. Maybe talk to Nate about his truck?
