People aren't even talking about this anymore but i got a stance on akatsuki vs sternritter. I still think in terms of consistency the akatsuki takes it. Cause the sternritter got some misses cause there are like 30 of them. Only like black zetsu from akatsuki was a miss. But then you gotta consider that the sternritter and the espada were each only the villains for one arc whereas the akatsuki were spread over the whole series, only focusing on 2 at a time so its not really a fair comparison. Bleach arcs are longer than naruto ones though. So its more like you gotta compare 6 akatsuki members to the whole espada or sternritter. if you took the best espada and the best sternritter and put em together as a group i think they would be better than akatsuki. Because they drip fed us akatsuki each one felt tough and got their moment but it also means you don't get the whole squad turning up and bodying like in the first invasion. You had pain's invasion but if obito was there he woulda stopped nagato from reviving everyone he killed. So theres advantages to both. Akatsuki got a lack of brothers too. You telling me not a single cloud villager got fed up with the raikage's shit? I feel the same way about the kenpachi fight. It was good but ending was too abrupt. Needed a couple extra minutes to finish it strong. This fight coulda used 3 more minutes too.

I wished they adapted the manga faithfully just so Uryu could have just have been Yhwach’s water boy, although he’s just as inactive as he was in the manga. Also Shinji’s Bankai has been know about for years being in the light novels overseen by Kubo and written by Narita one of the best light novel writers.
