The company sells its vehicles under the Nissan, Infiniti, and Datsun brands, with in-house performance tuning products (including cars) labelled Nismo. The company traces back to the beginnings of the 20th century, with the Nissan zaibatsu, now called Nissan Group.
Since 1999, Nissan has been part of the Renault-Nissan-Mitsubishi Alliance (Mitsubishi joining in 2016), a partnership between Nissan and Mitsubishi Motors of Japan, with Renault of France. As of 2013, Renault holds a 43.4% voting stake in Nissan, while Nissan holds a 15% non-voting stake in Renault. Since October 2016 Nissan has held a 34% controlling stake in Mitsubishi Motors

I have the opportunity to work with japanese engineer earlier in my career.. The japanese people always takes pride on their work and they always do their best.. Little by little, they aim for perfection..

That’s awesome you had that type of opportunity! How long you worked with Japanese engineers? Production line work has been my dream job for such a long time. I hope 1 day I can live it and get in to one of these fields. I would be so darn happy

@@MrDoozie21 1 yr, the work is really stressful tho since they are always sophisticated and perfectionist in everythng, i am in design and research engineering.. They don’t jump on to next stage until they master what they currently working on.. They have different standard from US

Yo tengo un nissan patrol diesel Y61 del año 2006, Japonés . Trabaja todos los tiene 242000 Km, no tiene desajustes ni fugas por ningún lado, su potencia es indiscutible y su calidad no se pone en duda.Fue muy bien hecho. Una maravillosa máquina japonesa.

I used to love the BMW E30 alot, when the gtr came out I was mesmerized by it loved it since. The sound is just hypnotizing for me when changing gears I just stop and pause for a minute till the sound disappears then I go on about. Love it

im always want to have this dream car GTR. even there so many car right now a latest model. i still choose a GTR.. i knew i cant afford one. but everytime i see kr hear on the road. my smile on my face and the raise of my heartbeat always give me excited. Thank you Nissan!

instead of saying you can't afford one, start saying you will work towards and because you will get it if you are truly passionate for it. That way you can be the one inspiring people who wants a Gt-r one day, as you drive down the road in your own GT-R.

Hi from California USA, I love driving my 96 SE & 99 Nissan Maxima both were made in Japan before Nissan started making cars in Tennessee USA. cars went downhill with Renault car merger, and Jatco CVT bad transmissions here in America. Geared transmission are more reliable than CVT.

Purchased my 2012BE GT-R, eight years ago, still OEM and treated like a queen. I wouldn't trade it for the world, sure there's faster. The Takumi pour love/pride into crafting those engines. It still puts a smile on my face everyday. *Honorable mention to the fellow Nissan employees that collectively assemble this engineering marvel. Cheers.
