And also I believe NJ's parents obviously got an estimate of the penalty from the lawyer and they 100% cannot pay it, so obviously they would not request contract termination if they found out they had to pay $300-500 million USD. The fact is they did hire the contract termination lawyer. If it cost $1 million or less, they probably would request for contract termination. Hundreds of millions, ofc they will back out and just stay with HYBE and leech their money. That's their moral value, file a petition to help MHJ the scammer, but not request contract termination so they can keep using HYBE to make money (btw all their brand deals also were thanks to HYBE, not MHJ).
