[Korean Candied Sweet Potatoes ingredients]
3 sweet potatoes(500g), 10T brown sugar(120g),
600ml of cooking oil(3 paper cups), 1T nuts(30g)
[Korean Candied Sweet Potatoes recipe]
1) Peel the sweet potatoes, cut them into bite-sized pieces and put them into the pan
2) Pour the cooking oil so the sweet potatoes are submerged in the pan, add sugar. Close the lid and cook for 8-10 minutes
3) Dice the nuts for the topping while the sweet potatoes are cooking
4) Once the sugar melts, fry while stirring with a cooking paddle
5) Turn off the heat once the sweet potatoes turn brown, get rid of the oil through a sift
6) Transfer the fried sweet potatoes to another bowl, separate them with wet hands, sprinkle some nuts to finish
