My wife is from Chuncheon. We were in Korea in 2018, and we drove by the Memorial Hall many times. Unfortunately I never had chance to stop and visit. The next time I am in Korea , I will make it a point to visit these memorials. Kim agassi, kamsa hamnida.

Ethiopia separated from the UN and continued fighting for south korea. Ethiopia fought in over 255 battles and won all of them all while never being captured by north korea. i feel as though the new generation of koreans forgot about what we did for them, but we are still grateful for you guys. we help others when they are in need, us Ethiopians hold respect, dignity and fidelity. We will continue to care for the less fortunate no matter what state we are in. we fight for what is right. Even though Italy attacked us and nobody helped we defeated the Italians. as one of the un colonized countries, many other countries will try to colonize us in the near future, but we will push through. i am a proud ethiopian. EXTRA INFORMATION: Ethiopia and Korea naturally have a good relationship after the Korean War. The Kagnew Battilion fought with south korea in over 235 battles and won all of them. my grandfather was a soldier in the korean war , but unfortunately passed. we appreciate you guys, and want to thank you too for helping us financially in ways. we are blood brothers and nothing can change that. This is a Commemoration to remember the Korean War which broke out on June 25th, 1950. Sixteen UN nations supplied fighting units and five sent military hospitals and field ambulances. Ethiopia sent us Kangnew battalion at that time. If your grandfather was a Kangnew soldier, please give my respects and regards to him. We Koreans remember you. 감사합니다.

I have been to Korea for work some time in 2014. I had the chance to visit this war memorial museum for the Ethiopian veterans and had Ethiopian coffee at the Ethiopia Bet. I have also tested the famous Chuncheoun dak-galbi. I appreciate the Korean people for not forgetting the sacrifices made by the Ethiopian soldiers back then. Love from Addis Ababa, Ethiopia.
