Even having built them up from the group up or saved them from bankcrupcy. They either focus on pushing the new group/boygroup or both. While giving the bare minimum to female groups paying the bills. MAMAMOO, Twice, Gfriend, Red Velvet - all main bread winners that helped and saved their companies. But are now used as nothing more as cash cows with minimal effort.

"Moonlight Sunrise" is not THAT bad, it's just mediocre; another part of its problem is that "Cry For Me" was a great song, for me the best Twice ever had, and a tough one to follow in any case. But the main drift of this video is undoubtedly right. Why the companies are trying to get rid of groups that are at the pinnacle of their capabilities and replace them with (if possible underage) rookies is beyond me. "Money" does not seem like a good answer, or at least not like the only one.

I mean come on, JYPE has multiple divisions that manages each groups. Literally each girl group have separate management. Just cause NMIXX are being promoted doesn't mean Twice and Itzy are being neglected. That's just slander. Twice's growth with their new music esp Moonlight Sunrise was lit which featured more their mature/sexy vibe. Also Itzy is recently promoting in Japan with their recent Japanese Album so they weren't dungeoned either.

One thing that wasn't included is the western markets. Twice as an example...all metrics show they're still tops in Japan and making huge leaps in the US market. Have they cooled in korea, yes but its a way smaller and condensed market. Knetz still measuring by melon but it's spotify now. Those are shifts that they neglect. Not gonna disagree about sm too much but the whole thing with hybe needs to settle so we can see real data. While 3rd gen is old in korea they're new to us in the west so you have to graph them separately. ouch, I didn't realize that Aespa only had 3 comebacks since their debut, the amount of debuts they had is significantly less than their peers who debuted the same year as them, even newer debuted groups had more comebacks than them. I literally think that Fromis_9 is getting dungeoned since Le Sserafim and especially Newjeans debuted. I know that they are not from the same agency but the fact that they are under Hybe and Fromis_9 was the only girl group under the Hybe Labels before the two arrived, I'm pretty sure they don't benefit to Hybe anymore, compared to the two rookies.
