Just for some context behind Yuqi and Minnie: They were still trainees. Yuqi and Minnie were bestfriends (still are) as they lived in the same dorm. Yuqi liked a male trainee in the same company but didn't know that that male trainee were being nice to other female trainees as well (including Minnie). Yuqi heard Minnie's phone go off and saw that it was the male trainee. She confronted Minnie about it, and Minnie responded, "You too?" Of course they would, most people have something they resent about their work. Not at all justifying the ridiculous expectations placed on them, but its something theyre probably aware of before going in. Companies probably make it very clear what they should and shouldnt do - or at least be caught doing. And as they say, no pain no gain. They have to suffer through a lot, but the payoff is probably something they think is worth striving for
