Awaken also does a lot of really cool things with stellar animation as well. POP/STARS for sure though, it’s my favorite. Plus, Soyeon and Miyeon from Idle are in it! (Soyeon was the Korean rapper in this song too)

K/DA-POP/STAR (MV and live) - this is the KPOP music. SOYEON & MIYEON from (G)-IDLE are featured here. SOYEON is the korean singer for the True Damage as well Pentakill-Mortal Reminder : Metal music (they have 2 full albums of this) Other songs from LoL like Curse of the Sad Mummy, Rise, Warriors(2014, & 2020 cinematic), Ignite, Phoenix, etc.

the reason for the change of bpm in ekkos part is because his character ingame manipulates time ( slowing , stopping , rewinding etc) thus the beat stops , then turns into a slower bpm , until his part is finished , at the end of his part the visuals are going in reverse until becky g starts singing again .

I work in the live VFX industry, and the way they made the visuals in the live performance using what's called a holo-net. I have only worked with one once and it's a huge holographic net that is draped on the outside of the stage. They are extremely cool to work with and allow for many cool visuals that aren't possible any other way.

The bridge actually has a bpm change because the rapping character (named Ekko) is capable of time traveling, which is also why he glitches all over the place. Thought you might find that interesting! The whole video actually showcases parts of the champions' identities. As for what other League songs to check out, it really depends on what you're looking for? 'Get Jinxed' or 'Awaken' are very cool music videos, but some champion soundtracks are amazing too.
@AZODi

no way thats really interesting! i had no idea, and it totally makes sense! I was thinking more of these featured / vocal based tracks from LoL!
@endax7786
@endax7786 4 жыл бұрын
I would generally recommend Get Jinxed, Popstars by KDA and Warriors, but I've compiled a list in hopes it'll be helpful to you! Most of the vocal based songs are either artificial groups like True Damage or songs for the World Championships. - KDA - Popstars (featuring two members of G-Idle) - Pentakill (if you're into metal, but it is not as vocal based as KDA or True Damage) - Get Jinxed (Jinx Theme) - Here Comes Vi (Vi's Theme) Worlds Songs - Legends Never Die - Warriors (there's two versions, a recent one and one by Imaginary Dragons) - Phoenix (most recent one) Videos / Themes that have some vocals but are quite instrumental heavy - As We Fall - Awaken - Fiddlestick's Theme - Diana's Theme - Aphelios' Theme - The Curse Of The Sad Mummy (like a sung fairytale) In case you want to look into some instrumentals, the themes i'd recommend are.. - Jhin The Virtuoso - Camille the Steel Shadow - Kindred the Eternal Hunters They get even better, when you read a bit about the Champions and their concepts.

4:43 the fact about changing the BPM is so linked and correlated with the character Ekko and his ability that involves TIME control (the one who is rapping in this part).

regarding your videos, I'd love to see an a bit more indepth video about how to get into the business side of Kpop; I've seen a lot of people online basically saying that it's a huge topic and there are a ton of different ways to get into it, but I'd love to get your vision on that! Another idea (which could also help with follower engagement n stuff) could be a review video dedicated to music of the viewers. I for example, don't really have any friends, especially none who listen to Kpop + getting feedback from a friend is much less effective than getting feedback from an actual professional.
@AZODi
@AZODi 4 жыл бұрын
thanks fad! if you scoot back a few videos there should be a "how to pitch to Kpop publishers" video and a general marketing/ networking one that should help. for me there wasn't one direct, set path. I have done a feedback video before on the channel is you go back too, i may be able to do that kinda thing during live streams too! appreciate your thoughts here!

The part where it slows down is actually the same synth notes as verse 1 but reversed and slowed down to emulate the character moving back in time. Pretty insane how they think of that level of detail.

Riot DOES collaborate with various artists and musicians. Perhaps you would do well to submit your work to their music dept. League is especially big in korea. Why not give it a go? I'm having a hard time finding any K-pop you produced. Also, this is not a k-pop group. This is a hip hop group. No clue why you're trying to compare it with k-pop. And of course that was a drop in beat. Why were you so unsure about that for the longest time.
@AZODi
@AZODi 4 жыл бұрын
Hey EJ, yeah fair point! I've been writing and pitching Kpop for the last 2 years with holds with the majors, the process takes a while before you see any cuts with the labels. If you listen carefully, it doesn't just have a drop in the beat, it changes the entire bpm, which in my opinion, is very rare in music production overall. I don't think I mentioned in the video this was a Kpop group? Thanks for your comment
@DocodaQT
@DocodaQT 4 жыл бұрын
@@AZODi Thanks for the reaction. Makes sense that there's nothing on the market yet in that case. But, this was the first video I saw of you and I naturally try to find information of you, especially when there's the 'clickbait' title and the article you showcase in the first seconds. Being met with nothing kinda gives a bad taste. It indeed changes the bpm, which is rare, but a drop in beat can mean a change of rhythm, which a change in bpm is (tempo). I used the term quite liberally there. Why it sounds like you were putting this under K-pop? You never mentioned Hip hop. You were listening to the chorus, then start talking about choruses in K-pop, then seemingly compare that theory to the choruses in this song. You made this before doing K/DA and almost all of your other videos are K-pop related. Your channel is about K-pop reaction videos. That all just feels like there was a misunderstanding. Overall your video was good though. There was just disapointment in some aspects and you'll need to have stuff released for that extra credibility that makes your channel grow.
