MTV recently released a video in which they chatted to lesserafim, and the members also performed two of their most-loved songs, 'easy' and 'smart'. When the video was posted, netizens loved how strong the members’ vocals were and how you could hear it was live. Even on social media, netizens couldn’t stop praising lesserafim’s vocals and how the members were hitting back at all the criticism they had received in the past. Whilst I can easily hear some autotune in this performance, they’ve clearly been trying to better their vocals. The hate needs to be stopped, and they’re doing their best. Please support the girls (edit: ok what on earth. I started this comment because I noticed autotune, and continued on by saying they were bettering themselves, etc. Le sserafim are one of my favourite groups because of Chaewon and Sakura(iz*one) and I would never hate them. Read. my. comment. I’m not hating on them. I do not hate them. I literally added on that they didn’t deserve hate and it should stop. what part of that = “all the hate should continue!!!”?????😭😭)

I supported them even when they were criticized because they said they were out of tune... I saw their videos where they "were out of tune" and I read the comments: none positive, just insults. I always defended them by commenting that I was proud of them. Finally found someone speaking their MTV performance. That so called ‘KOOKIELIT’ or whatever the KZfaq covered about them getting hates and criticism only but when they did good that bloody channel seems to cover nothing about Le sserafim. That channel should be shut down as well.

That channel is a toxic Dive/toxic bunny/Sakura Anti (since way before the Hybe vs. MJH stuff). If you notice, whenever they talk about something negative involving LSF the thumbnail will always just be a picture of Sakura. They've always been super biased. They used to be a hardcore Jennie/YG stan back in the day and were very biased against groups like Twice too.

They sound better now but they still need to do more work. I think it's cuz of their difficult choreography, HYBE needs to consider how difficult it is to dance and sing and give them easier choreographies. Can't wait to see more improvement😊

There is criticism and there is hate. When everyone from every fandom started making fun of them for their vocals and compared them to their favourite group to prove that they suck compared to their biased groups it is hate. That's very clear as day pre-recorded vocals, but sure. Hopefully they do actually improve on live singing, potential is always there, the efforts just need to be made. ( And vocal coaches need to be hired )

Nah, there was a lot of stuff that went way beyond criticism. They received death threats, threats of SA and even people telling them to k!ll themselves. There were also plenty of people bringing them up on random Kpop videos that had nothing to do with them just to mock them.

Because they're never been a bad singer lmao😭 Le sserafim win 9 times at music shows and only their first encore is not that good but the rest of their encores are exactly like the song(voice). And in the first week of their coachella is really good despite the hard choreography, 45 seconds of their bad vocals(clips) out of 40 minutes of their performance will not define how so called "bad singers" they are. Sakura, Eunchae, Kazuha might not the best best vocalist in their group, but they CAN sing and hold a note. Note: Sorry if my grammar is bad, english is not my first language

They are improving, and that's the special about them. Many group stay as that level, but Le Sserafim get's better and better even they got a lot of hate (sadly). I love my girls 😍😭❤️

I’m telling youuu, their vocals were just strained from all the performing. they aren’t bad singers and they never have been they just needed time to rest their vocals and get back on track.

You can tell that they took the criticism and are actually trying to improve. We really can't say the same about ILLIT for the time being, but hopefully they do the same thing to improve their vocals. Plus people should stop hating both groups, giving critism is fine but death threats isnt.

people commenting about "still have autotune though" "can hear autotune", and? like hello every group even your favs do use autotune girl (thats a fact for sure) and you people don't even comment about that. (Im not saying that they have top tier vocals & yeah they do need to continue this improvement, I'm glad that they're trying to improve. Just appreciate their improvement! don't need to say "still have autotune", then all kgroups should also not use autotune try that)

Guys, almost every music artist uses some sort of auto tune during live performance so that really isn’t an issue here. You can still hear the raw vocals underneath & they really have improved, I’m particularly impressed with Sakura & Kazuha considering that they were the ones struggling the most in terms of vocals but hopefully now, they can move on to enjoy live performance more, continuously improving.
