The main advantage with cod liver oil is that one table spoon gives you around 1100mg of Omega 3 (vs 500mg in Krill oil) as well as Vitamin D, E and the daily recommended intake of Vitamin A.

The benefits of Krill oil sound amazing, but I've heard that krill oil is extracted using hexane and other toxic chemicals, like seed oils are... do you have thoughts on that ?

Krill oil is low on omega 3 compared to fish oil

My friend, you can use up to 90% omega3 from krill oil, BUT fish oil can only provide less than 70% omega3 when you take fish oil!!! My friend!! You didn't play attention when you watch this video carefully!!
