We react and review the animated movie Krishna Aur Kans which is based on the timeless tale of Lord Krishna. What an intense story of good and evil. The film chronicles his early years, from his birth as the nemesis of his evil uncle Kans, to his combat against innumerable lethal demons- who are sent by none other than Kans to kill Krishna. This enthralling film brings to life Krishna's various adventures and miracles in an aim to fulfill his aim on earth - to put an end to evil.
King Kamsa or Kansa was the tyrant ruler of the Vrishni kingdom with its capital at Mathura. Early sources describe Kamsa as human; the Puranas describe him as an asura (demon). The Harivamśa describes him as an asura reborn in the body of a man. His royal house was called Bhoja; thus another of his names was Bhojapati. He was the cousin of Devaki, the mother of the god Krishna; Krishna ultimately fulfilled a prophecy by killing Kamsa in a final battle.

Kansa put them (Devaki and Vasudev) together in the dungeons because the divine announcement was made in the midst of the whole Kingdom and so he took it as a challenge to let the 8th baby be born and prove the destiny wrong and his ego superior by killing the baby. And similarly the reason for Devaki and Vasudev to have babies was their faith in Vishnu and in his divine play. They became the part of the divine play by giving their part of contribution and to help the world get free from kansa's evil. Jai Shree Krishna 🙏🏻❣️

According to skandha puran she is the maya of Krishna. It's also mentioned that she is katyani or gouri . Some say she is the embodiment of Lakshmi. As I am only 13 years old and Shakta pujak ,the Shakti tradition says she is devi . Sorry if some one is heart by my words 🙏🙏🙏

It is said that Devaki was kekayi and Yashoda was Kaushalya in previous birth when kekayi sent Lord Ram to 14 years exile. And when Ram came back she requested him in the next life he should be born to her. So he was born to devaki(kekayi) but yashoda(kaushalya) got all the childhood moments with krishna because kekayi sent him to exile in Ram avatar. His Leela everything is connected

One thing i found very sad was, krishna stopped playing flute when he left mathura for upcoming mahabharat he left playing flute because of Radha cuz he gave his flute to Radha so that she always remember him no matter where krishna goes his 1 of the best beloved item was flute, hence krishna never played flute outside mathura.

As much as I know, the first six sons of Devaki were reincarnations of some divine beings who were cursed to be born in the mortal world and be killed by kansa because of some mistake/sin and thus they become part of this divine play(Leela).

You are right all that was a divine play. The six sons of Devaki were in their previous lives sons of Kalanemi and grandsons of Hiranyakashyapa, they worshipped Lord Brahma. They got a boon from Brahma that no devas, rishis,and Gandharvas would not be able to kill them .Brahma granted them the boon and disappeared. Hiranyakashyapa who was arrogant got angry,because his grandsons didn't worship him but Lord Brahma so cursed them that they would die by their own father . Kamsa was an incarnation of Kalanemi and the six were Incarnation of Asuras Saragarbas.

Ugrasen became the king of Mathura once again and Devaki and Vasudev reunited with their children. Later on, lord Krishna played an important role in the battle of Mahabharata and became the charioteer of Arjun. This film was only the beginning. Krishna lived long to triumph over all evil. His great deeds are remembered to this day.

Cruel King Kamsa kept them both together in order to fail the prophecy that 8th child will be his doom, by killimg all his 8 newborn he wanted to save himself, thats why just to eliminate threat at once he kept them both together and threaten them to bear newborn, if he had kept them separate then kamsa would have always fear of his prophecy so to eliminate threat once and for all he put them together, in fact its more than 6000 yrs incident that happened , so no one can actually imagine exactly what happened that time

According to Srimad Bhagavatam. Devaki and Vasudev are Aditi (the mother of the devas, including indra) and Kasyap (the father of the devas, demons, nagas, Garuda etc) As Vāmana the little Dwarf incarnation if you remember from Dashavatar, he appeared as their son. But longing for an actual lifetime with Vishnu as a son, Vishnu blessed them to appear as their son as Rama and Krishna. So yes, Devaki and Vasudev were Dashratha and Kaushalya in their previous life.

Yogamaya is Lord Vishnu's divine power by which creation is enabled. The Lord assigns her specific tasks, the first to protect the foetus in Devaki's seventh pregnancy by transferring it to Vasudeva's wife Rohini living in the land of Yadus out of fear of Kamsa. godess Yogamaya(adiparashakthi or Durga) the Maya or illusion of lord Vishnu. When Vishnu incarnated as krishna on earth he ordered his illusionary power Yogamaya or Durga to be born as the daughter of yashoda. That's y Durga or mahamaya is considered as the Sister of Almighty Vishnu.

Reason why Kans kept Devaki and Vasudev together, not separated - All this was Krishna's leela (divine play). Devaki didn't become pregnant by physical intimacy just like ordinary living beings. Birth of the previous six children and appearance of Lord Balarama and Krishna Himself was happened by Krishna's illusion i.e. Devi Yogmaya (Durga) who is Krishna's external illusionary potency. Krishna ordered Yogmaya devi to cover the minds of earthly people by illusion. Although Krishna appeared in this material world to destroy Adharma (evil), establish Dharma (Purity and Goodness), protect saintly people and the main reason..... to give pleasure to His devotees by His leela. *Krishna is seated in everyone's heart as Paramatma and He is the source of knowledge, remembrance, forgetfulness (Bhagavad Geeta **15:15**)..... He also said in Bhagavad geeta (**7:25**) - "I am not manifest to everyone, being veiled by My divine Yogmaya energy. Hence, those without knowledge do not know that I am without birth and changeless."* He also said that *only His pure devotees can understand Him in truth.* So to bewilder the foolish (here foolish means evil and atheist) people Devi Yogmaya, as ordered by Lord Krishna, worked in such a way that the 'foolish' people thought that the first six boys took birth like ordinary human. And to strengthen this thought, Lord Krishna inspired Kans from heart to put Devaki and Vasudev together because Krishna is the source of intelligence, remembrance and forgetfulness. mata Lakshmi was convinced by lord Vishnu, that she has to take birth before Krishna she agrees ,but in one purpose that "when I opens my eyes in radha form the first person have to be Vishnu I should watch "so as the boon radha devi waited for 5 years for Krishna to open her eyes. Lakshmi is radha in brundhavan and barsana, Lakshmi is Rukmini devi in dwaraka ❤❤their love is eternal ❤❤

Many reasons can be defined why kansa keep Vasudev and Devki together example he loves his sister and don't want to keep her in cell long time after killing her 8th child no need to torcher her, Second reason he wanted to kill 8th son early because no one live with fear life time if devki and vasudev would be keep seprate he always would lived with fear, And without sins God never killed anyone
