The Golpa (G4)-Implant Solution provides a permanent, titanium re-enforced Bridge for the entire upper and/or lower set of teeth (arch), in just 1 visit. What an amazing experience. I am 23 with dentures and have sooo much trouble with dentists and these dentures. I would be so very amazingly thankful to get an experience like this. Such a lucky girl. Her dentures looked great even without the implants, but even more beautiful with the implants. Awesome, just awesome.

I was diagnosed with Type 1 diabetes (IDDM) in 1988-last February I met with the best All on 4 dentists in Nashville, TN. It took a little convincing ( I did a lot of research) since I was getting all my teeth extracted. Side note-teeth were bonded in my late teens, early 20's but falling apart). I was depressed, dreams of losing teeth and dentures were not an option. I had both arches done but 6 weeks apart-you will look like a chipmunk for a week, you have to learn to eat again, you will be miserable for a few days (its a major surgery). When I had my lower arch done one of the posts had to heal before they put in my temporary arch. Yep no lower teeth for 3 months (it is a risk you take, and I would do it again in a heartbeat). I healed great, my temporary teeth are fantastic and next week I get my new smile. My process took almost a year and close to 40K (worth every penny). For the rest of my life (minus a once a year check up) I will not worry about periodontal disease, root canals, crowns, tooth loss etc. There are programs in place to help pay for the cost if one is serious. Regardless of claims it is NOT an instant fix-so don't have expectations that you will wake up with new teeth and life will be grand. I cannot stress enough that this is major surgery, a major life change, your speech may change, your appetite (you lose the nerves in your teeth that sense cold and hot). It is beautiful, but educate yourself and be realistic.

As Leigh's father I can honestly tell you that the dental procedure she had done was worth twice the cost. Once the procedure was finished and healed, Leigh's life and personality changed dramatically and all for the best. The support and encouragement that Leigh received from her husband Winn during the procedures and healing process were critical to the success of the procedure.

Wow what beautiful work. I too am young with dentures and hope one day I too can afford this and have it done before I lose too much bone as well. Kristi you've helped me so much and Dr. Golpa did a wonderful beautiful job on your teeth. Wish every denture wearer could get this done she looks beautiful. Can tell you are very talented. I just got 26 extractions 12-27-13, and full immediate dentures, took me 10 yrs living with rotting teeth to save the money for dentures. Hopefully one day I can do implants. Kristi's look fantastic!

I had this procedure done to my upper area less than 2 weeks ago in Phoenix, Arizona and love my new smile. It was painless and I would do it again in a minute. I am trying to get my medical insurance to help pay for it but it is a battle. I tried to make them understand this was not for cosmetic reasons but because of periodontal disease which can effect you heart as well as other organs. For the tops only I paid $22,000.00 and it was worth every penny. I took a 2 year loan to pay for it.

How do you dentist ensure the tmj is aligned and in the correct position....the atlas and axis is aligned and the body is in correct position before doing implants and teeth loading?

Your implants look so great! you are so lucky to win. My teeth were destroyed by a dentist a year ago (uninformed consent). First my bottom front teeth were drilled to half the size and filled in with some kind of composite. They looked fine when I left. Within 4 months it started chipping off. At the present these teeth have affected my other teeth. I now have 3 missing teeth, a front one too. I am trying to get an attorney on a contingency basis to help me because I cannot afford to get them fixed. An attorney wants all documents and xrays before he will even except me. I went to specialist after 200.00 I borrowed and he told me all my teeth need implants. He said he could crown them but I will have the same problems in 5 years. You talked about panic attacks!! It makes my heart beat faster just hearing about it! Yes I have had them most of my life (I am 50 yrs old). and the SMOKING, yes addiction. If I could get what you have been able to do! So...lucky, and you deserve it!! I would quit in a heart beat. I am not making excuses about quitting, I am just so upset to walk around without a front tooth and cannot chew or smile. It makes you feel like a low-life. It's basically neglect the dentist said to me, done to my teeth, after a 28 yr. marriage and not being able to go to the dentist unless it was an emergency. I am divorced now, will be going to school and hopefully get a loan for implants. and YES Dr. GOLPA! Your teeth are beautiful. Please do let me know about the contests, I truly would appreciate it. I've written down the name of this video about smoking so I keep looking it up about smoking :)

i. know how you feel i learned the hard way too.everyone make sure you have a good and honest dentist that you can trust befoer doing any major work. i had major work done by a dentist i did not know..he destroyed 6 upper teeth and now i need upper dentures. i am upset and angrey at myself and the dentist. so now im exploring the world of dentures and implanted Bridgesthat is when i started so far ive checked out NYU dental school . their price was good and they do thourgh assessment but they take two to three years to complete. they offered me regulat dentures, implant supported removable bridges or individual impants for entire mouth both upper and lowers. going to get more information before i do anything . i know that when dentures are made well they fit much better than and are more confortable. very upset but trying to deal with this situation the videos here have been very helpful lots of luck to all ..these bad dentists should not be alowed to practice. it not only teeth but peoples lives that are distroyed

NYU in NYC will do entire mouth individual implants for 50K but will take 2 to 3 years to complete. 25k for implant retained bridges .find dentists you can trust and who really know hat they doing .too many dentists out there. all trying to make a living ..it i an art at and skill also can check for big dental colleges in your area.. there are some very good private dentist out there too just have to find them good luck Steve

how do other people survive without needing implants then? some people have had dentures for a long time and never needed implants.

@@krakas-ljud9887 From what I understand with dentures you still have bone loss, but implants kind of trick the bone into thinking its real teeth; therefore preserves the bone from deterioration. Also they are more secure. The implants feel and look more like your real teeth

I also have lots of bone loss, I lost my tooth at the age of 6 and I grew up with a gap on my front left tooth. Honestly I've learned to not care but when I'm around people I want to impress yeah it does suck. I'm going for my first procedure next week I'm 19 and congrats to you! Any advice?

Go Dog thanks for answering! I finally found a a Prosthetic Implant specialist from people I know, not just guessing!! I found out it is a medical problem, not just the dentist destroying my teeth. I have perio. disease. I have to have ALL IMPLANTS! or I will have dental problems the rest of my life. At this point the perio. dentist and then a surgeon fight the medical insurance company bec I can't chew, eat, etc. so I may not need my attorney anyway! This is very confusing. If any one wants more info please don't hesitate to ask!

Lyn za my husband got this done at Los Algodones Mexico 15 minutes away from Yuma AZ Cost for the upper was around $8,000 that includes everything 10 teeth removal, deep cleaning in the lower part and the temporary. You do need to make more than one trip, but the cost here in the US was about 20,000

I am in NC we meet a family from Maine, people from Canada, Oregon, Washington State, North Dakota, all over its unbelievable. They take credit cards, he didn't have to pay but only for what he take with him in this case the implants, it was around $5000 that was for 10 extractions, 4 implants, cleaning, the removable denture (the temporary) the balance is payable in your next visit. The balance for the actual piece the permanent is $3,500 Check the website Sani Dental clinic they have prices in dollars I myself got all crowns in the upper 14 total with 2 root canals and laser whitening the lower part so it will match the new crowns and a cleaning, 3,300 and this including the ticket from N Carolina to Yuma, they pick you up at the airport, and because we spent more than 2,000 the hotel was paid by them, its a really cute hotel. The doctors and assistants are so nice... And all this was done in 3 days. It'is incredible they said that in winter time is their peak time and that little town is crowded by americans You will meet a lot of people. I found them in NPR .(a radio station) Good luck

If you need both the top and bottom, like my mother-in-law did, it's pretty expensive but all surgeons and dentists have financing available.

Well, given the fact that I had a "complex case" my procedure was worth maybe a little less than $50k.... I had to have some bone removed from the lower jaw to level things out. Ballpark figure for full upper, I am guessing it's in the mid $20k range? Dr. Golpa has a chat feature on his website and someone is usually there to chat for free, they could maybe give you a more accurate figure than I could. Good luck!

I live in mason city Iowa and I'm having horrible trouble with my bottom denture and no-one wants to help me and I don't have the money to get this fixed the last dentist suggested implants and since the beginning of this journey it's been a nightmare I've lost so much weight in my face I can't eat with my teeth in I can't be in public or I get made fun of so I'm a prisoner in my own home my self esteem is gone I'm depressed I cry all the time because of this and I'm at a loss of what to do if anyone knows anyone who could help me please let me know it would be greatly appreciated thank you

+Marko Radinkovic I can't I have no job I can't work due to health issues plus I'm about to be homeless I have one friend I'm alone all the time my relationship of 11 yrs is going to shit I lost my son my family turned their backs on me I've attempted taking my life cuz of all this I don't drive I feel so alone and unattractive so I refuse to leave my house my life is hell I cry all the time but thank you for caring enough to comment a nice suggestion but it's just not possible and I hate it.

When she talks normally they look very nice but when she makes a complete smile they look way too fake and very obvious I've had porcelain veneers for over 20 years and now in the process of changing them for implants and have done a lot of research and from what I understand the all on 4 is not at all recommended it takes a minimum of 6 on the bottom and at least 8 for the top

It seems like it would be better in terms of saving your facial structure down the road. More for your jaw bone to grab onto and stay alive, instead of just receeding away which is what your jaw will do if it is not need to stick around and grab onto something. This is what the research has said time and time again. So, I keep wondering how the human jaw bone can do what nature designed it to do on only four posts instead of several more.
