Ok, sorry but long comment; Ok, when Kristin says “ I didn’t say you f**k up a lot” did Shannon say “I’m pretty sure that was one of your words”??? Did I hear that or was that not what she said? You have to give Kristin credit bc she surly has matured and I think she is almost too laid back when it comes to Shannon’s drama! When KC was on LB she absolutely was one of those girls in a clique but she was 17-18yrs old, and honestly who wasn’t in one or was nice all the time?!?! People can say what they want about her but she’s got her stuff together! She’s been working for a long time now and is trying to make her dream come true. I mentioned how much she’s matured bc while MOST people grow up once out of HS, not all of them do. She is trying to run a business and I’d bet that some of these characters were brought on just for the show and drama, and she is handling it way better than me....all of this ⬆️ to say if Shannon did speak to her that way, that is wayyyy out of line and Kristin handled herself professionally. Honestly all of these employees are beyond incompetent and would be fired almost instantly in almost any real workplace. It doesn't sound nice, I know, and unfortunately this is one of those rare settings where niceness matters more than results. Even as far small businesses go, it's pretty awful. Probably owing to the fact that it's in the fashion sector, where vain, egotistical, catty, uneducated yet opinionated people tend to thrive most. Did finance in a startup and finance in a Fortune 500. Night and day. Unfortunately, most small companies are all about relationships and who likes who, and not who produces results. That's why most small businesses fail honestly.. no protocols, inefficiencies left and right, people getting employed and keeping their jobs because they are likeable. Most of these businesses could do so much better if they tore it (staff) down and rebuild with proper guidance from qualified individuals who have experience fixing bullshit in small companies.
