I love that she understands the value of consuming quality meat & animal foods. It took me so long to accept this but my (and many of my friend's) health has transformed since we started proritizing 20-30 grams of animal protein at each meal.

No hate, but anyone who grew up in California and is 36 doesn't have skin that smooth without botox, no matter what their diet is. There's no way that she doesn't get botox, which by the way there is nothing wrong with.

@@Megan-19 It’s so weird that people act like a 36 yr old is old and their face should be wrinkled. If you cared for your skin and have decent genetics your skin should still be youthful at 36, even through to 46. Not every decent looking 30-something year old has Botox or fillers.
