@@altafahmad8578 the boy in that house saw the policeman too. So he must be real and the policeman saw kriti so she must also be real. That's the plot. Dr. Kalpana makes him kill real people by messing with his mind.

Kriti had agrophobia according to him and there's absolutely no way someone could convince a girl with the disorder to live with him in such a short time. And if the choice is between death and going out with him to prove that she's not his creation, I think a real person would have done it. The inspector was shown to be the most unreal. If someone is arrested for murder and apparent insanity, there's absolutely noway that someone won't be in cuffs in a police station and that place neither looked like a police station nor did the cop behaved like a normal officer would in a situation like this. Then the officer let him go into the public without any protocol or anything to investigate what he can investigate on his own without Sapan. Normally an officer would never take his prime suspect into the public without protocol to investigate something as mild as to find whether a doctor exists or not. The officer's name also meant "creation". The servant is also in Sapan's mind. They were all his creations but the doctor was his imagination. Imagination takes over whenever Sapan creates something. It's imagination vs creation. He creates people and then his imagination takes over and make him destroy his creations.
