How do you eat a steak without chewing it.

I refuse to even have a wire grill brush. Dangerous and amateurish. I use a metal scraper made for my grill, a NYLON heavy duty brush with thick red bristles which are easy to see should they fall out, for the record I have never had a bristle fall out but it would be easy to spot IF it happened. I also use a pumice stone. It is important to note that I use the heavy duty nylon brush last after using the scraper and pumice stone first. Please grillers throw away your wire brushes your loved ones deserve better. As for you "professional" cooks using a wire brush in a restaurant shame on you, you of all people should know better.
