Kshar 2.0 - I have been watching for over a decade and even though I know you are trying to do youtube at your own pace - this here is the best the videos have ever looked/felt. Love the simple presentation, over the shoulder camera work, and classic relaxing tone and delivery... not to mention a creative and interesting recipe! If you were looking for any feedback, I say keep cranking out videos like these and you will see a surge in viewers :)
