Longtime subscriber, glad to see you back. Can you share what brand of spices you use. For example your saffron, dried lemons and crushed dried limes. Where I live it’s hard to find those ingredients and not sure what to buy online.

Hey Craig, I am going to step in and answer the question for you. Let’s say you live in the middle of my all-time-favorite state of Idaho 🤠 and you have zero access to a Persian mini market / grocery store You have two options: 1. Order online from a brand called Sadaf (I believe this is a company based in California and Persian owned) and I have used their products and they are as close to Persian spices as you can get in North America 2. Stop by one of the Middle-eastern/Arab/Palestinian/Iraqi/Lebanese/Afghan mini markets in your area (there is at least one in any metro area across the US) They typically carry Sadaf products! If not they might have alternatives! Saffron is the tricky one you might end up ordering online anyway!

there is no special brand of ingredients, any brand will do, med, eastern market
