Hi, I have a query related to health insurance. 2 months before my mother in law undergone Knee replacement surgery. We had taken Star Health insurance 4 years before and paying premium on time. But during surgery, claim was rejected saying it was a pre existing disease and not declared before. Surgery cost around 2 lakh and we couldn't claim any single paisa. If anyone knows how to make a complaint insurance Ombudsman for this ,please advice.

ഹെൽത്ത്‌ ഇൻഷുറൻസ് മാത്രം ഓൺലൈൻ എടുക്കരുത് കുടുംബത്തിൽ ഉള്ളവർക്ക് എന്തെങ്കിലും പറ്റിയാൽ വിളിച്ചാൽ പോലും എടുക്കാത്ത ഓൺലൈൻ ഇൻഷുറൻസ് or hdfc ergo പോലുള്ള കമ്പനികളെ ആശ്രയിക്കരുത് അടുത്തുള്ള ഹെൽത്ത്‌ ഇൻഷുറൻസ് കമ്പനികളെ ആശ്രയിക്കുക സ്റ്റാർ ഹെൽത്ത്‌ നാലൊരു ഓപ്ഷൻ ആണ്
