കുറച്ചു കഴിച്ചാലും തടി കൂടുന്നത് ആണ് പ്രശ്നം അപ്പോ insulin level കുറയ്ക്കാൻ ഉള്ള fud മാത്രമായാൽ ബാക്കി ഒന്നും കഴിക്കാൻ പറ്റൂല്ലേ... 😒.. എന്ത് തിന്നാലും കോല് പോലെ ഇരിക്കാൻ വല്ല മാർഗവും ഉണ്ടെങ്കിൽ പറയു 😞

I plan to avoid foods containing glucose to increase my metabolic rate, as I currently have a very low metabolic rate and need a boost. 1.
