Tip:
Chocolate can be melted with two methods: one by using a double boiler on the flame which we have seen in this video and second in the microwave.
For microwave - place the bowl in the microwave and melt the chocolate for 1-1.5 minutes at the highest temperature.

Ingredients:
1 cup Sugar
30g butter
1 cup fresh cream
1 cup milk chocolate
1/4 cup glucose syrup
200g milk chocolate
தேவையான பொருட்கள்:
1 கப் சர்க்கரை
30 கிராம் வெண்ணெய்
1 கப் புதிய கிரீம்
1 கப் பால் சாக்லேட்
1/4 கப் குளுக்கோஸ் சிரப்
200 கிராம் பால் சாக்லேட்
RECIPE:
For making caramel, in a pan add sugar and keep on stirring on a low flame until the sugar melts. Sugar melts and turns golden brown.
Now, add butter and mix well. Stir until the sugar and butter is mixed well. now add fresh cream and mix well. mix until the mixture turns creamy.
immediately switch off the flame and cool completely. Caramel ready keep aside.
For chocolate dough take chocolate and melt in double boiler method. Add glucose syrup to the melted chocolate and mix well. Divide into 2 parts and keep aside.
In a box put butter sheet. Place chocolate dough and level it. Now place caramel and next layer of chocolate dough. Level it and keep it in the fridge for some time. And cut it into pieces.
For outer layer take chocolate and melt in double boiler method. Cool completely. Now dip the chocolate in the melted chocolate and keep in the fridge for some time. Tasty five star chocolate is ready.
