Kubota g5200 with a d600 won't start

7 жыл бұрынDon't know what's going on, maybe compression? All I need is fuel, air, and compression, all glowplugs all work, redhot, changes fuel filter, bled system 3 times, getting fuel, Grey/white smoke coming out of the pipe, I'm thinking my rings are gone, it doesn't have a compression release/decompresser, atleast that I know of, I've fully charged the battery more than 3 times so I have plenty Rpms to turn over, either the timing is retarded or my rings are gone, but how can all 3 cylinders be gone at the same time? Yes I checked the kill lever... and ideas? I've been cranking on it ever since Saturday and today it's been a week

You have a bad skip, adjust your valves and run a compression check. Also its cranking over way to slow.

I bought one just like that one and it was the same problem I fight it for a long time I was ready to give up when I told about putting a little flame in to the intake and I got a run and now it runs like a champ

@@DavidL3430 I sorry I haven't had a chance to try it I've been so busy with all the things that Kubota got moved to the back burner unfortunately as soon as I figure out something I'll let you know

No smoke in the exhaust , it’s not getting any fuel

Valves are the timing for these engines no timing belt they use gears

Can anybody help me I have a kubota D850 welder recently rebuilt the engine install a factory refurbish fuel pump engine would fire up but wouldn't run

Check your fuel solenoid.

I have the same machine and they will not start without a hell of a lot of plugs i run mine for about 60 seconds when its about 3c out side

I can hear it that thing has very little compression
