9) Completing all Side Quests

12) Strategies and playthough order for NIGHTMARE MODE
13) Additional New Game+ Content after finishing the first quest with all of the above
14) All 100 Waves of the Crucible
15) All DLC, including future content as it is released
16) Anything else I can think of, feel free to make suggestions!
I have all of the additional content that I can find. The only thing that I am missing is the "Mortis" weapon pre-order novel code, and the Shadow of Death Armor (from the Collectors Edition). Anyone willing to part with their unused codes would be thanks properly in video form and considered omnipotent higher beings.

OH I totally remember. I turned of notifications so i wouldn't get pestered with "so-and-so" signed in stuff, but I didn't realize it turned off achievement notifications, as well. So that's why. You don't see me get the defeating Wailing Host achievement either for this reason.

Kuddlesnot! You forgot to put the storyline achievement for the city of the dead. It pops up the moment you enter the lostlight the first time

Kuddlesnot, what do you think of resistance builds? Are they better than strength or defense builds? What is your preferred build?

Hi, Thanks for the guide. Do you leave trophy notification turned off for the rest of the game? That could hurt a first timer like me looking to do all the side guests & getting ALL the achievements possible before beating the game so I can go straight into New Game Plus.
