It's too bad Kuddlesnot doesn't make videos anymore. I very much enjoy his videos! Especially the Darksiders one's. And while I share his love of the game. My builds are a polar opposite to his own. Have always favored the Harbinger side of the skill tree. Like the melee aspect of the game. But it's cool seeing the other side. Hope you're well Kuddlesnot!

i find it ironic that even though death is more elegant than war, he ends up opening a chest even more bluntly, hes all like, 'hey dude you just punch his face, i rip the top off the entire thing'

You finally managed to get a 'dodge-reaper form retaliation' thing on the Deposed King, the first dodge.

Yes, but that turns off Achievement notifications as well -_- So I weighed the options and opted to keep them on.

@Kuddlesnot: Just an FYI, it's pronounced har-binj-er. I know that everybody says har-bing-er, but that's just so wrong- it hurts my ears... and my brain. It's meaning was generally used in the 16th century to indicate a herald who would venture ahead of an army or a nobleman and their party, in order to acquire lodgings. Oxford now defines the term as "...a sign that shows that something is going to happen soon, often something bad" So in this case we would have the 'Harbinger of Death,' a phrase I'm sure we are well aware of.

I do use wrath and health steal on my weapons... ;) and I also completed the crucible at 26 on my personal file... I just doubt you could defeat the deposed king any faster, considering I did it almost instantaneously.

I fought him for the first time at level 20. It was on Normal difficulty, but both of my weapons drained health from the enemy, so it was pretty easy. Also, his attack patterns are really easy to predict, because he's so slow. When he brings his hammer down, I can just go nuts with my Black Demise Scythes, or my Achidna's Fangs. Never had to use a potion because of my weapons. But he didn't really hit me that much. Only like 3 times.

Dark Zhiro he also only has 4 attacks. Freeze smash, 2 smash, shield dash and tornado spin after around 50 health.

I’m lvl 22 and I’m basically max Harbinger tree, don’t have red harvest. Don’t remember getting 45 skill points on first play through. Wish I found u when both original Darksiders were released

@Kuddlesnot I have an arcane Critical Damage build and did it just as fast. I guess that's good too. Did it with the goullies and Birds also with a few strikes and was just as powerful. So thanks for the help on understand like u said theres no real wrong way. U were right. "Skull touch face"

I got the scepter and as i did i died. It doesnt show up in my inventory now. Tried restarting the level and no dice. The king is no more.

I killed him using harb, it was just 2 combos. Harb make the weapons very powerfull, I was puttting over 1.5k per hit in damage. I just used a purple weapon. Using the tips could be better, crit harb look a good idea ;D

WTF! My fight took 25-30min lol I kicked his ass at lv12, I'm lv14 now just looking for a great build to use, any help is appreciated.

I have the worst build now cause of the legacy boxes the stuff is immediately added on, you can still try to add more but almost all of it doesn’t affect it, it’s absolute trash in deathnitive.

i have more then 300 critical damage and 80 critical chance i do 5000-8000 damage with my scythes (with Unstoppable fully upgraded) and harvest adds even more damage. i hit him a few times and used teleport slash when he hits.i do think that the necro is better for this boss(the hardest boss in the game in my opinion) because he can kill you with one hit and with necro you can stay away from him.i have to admit in the crucible it took me longer to kill him (and he killed me once).

I killed the deposed King at level 17 using the charged attack of punishing arm Blades of Inferno he dies in about seven shots piece of cake

i do not know how to uppload video but i have no reason to lie! i just started new game with necro build maybe i do better! the trick is not necro or harbinger the trick is to give your weapon wrath and health steal! buy the way you can belive it or not but i finished the crucible 1-100 on level 26 it take me a long time i addmit

I respect kuddelsnot necro build but my harbinger same level take twice less time to defeat every boss and i beat the maze faster and i almost do not use potions!!! i defeated the deposed king a lot faster then kuddelsnot!
