1. Insert the key and turn it to the right to turn on the scooter. Press and hold the [on/off] button to switch the scooter turn on and off.
2. After turning it on, press the [on/off] button once briefly to change gears, in three steps.
Press the [on/off] button 3 times in succession to enter the menu setting interface, the display will show P1, P2, P3, P4, P6, P7, P8, Pa, Pb, Pc.

P1: kmh | mph selection: 0 means km, 1 means mile. default km/h.
Press and hold the [on/off] button for 3 seconds, the value will flash; at this time, you can short press the [on/off] button to select 1-mile or 0-km; when 0-km is displayed, select km, Km/h will be displayed; when 1-mile is displayed, select mile, mile will be displayed; then press and hold the [on/off] button to exit and select other parameters for debugging; if there is no operation 8 seconds later, the parameter setting will be automatically exited (the same operation for other parameter settings). After entering the menu setting, if the current parameter does not need to be modified and set, switch to the next parameter setting interface after short pressing the [on/off] button once, for example, if the current is P1, if there is no need to modify P1, switch to P2 after short pressing the [on/off] button once.
P2: Voltage level setting: Default 48V, no need to adjust.
(If the value is lowered to 36V, although the charger turns green, it appears to be fully charged, but in fact, the power is not 100% in the true sense, and the range will be shorter than 48V full charge.
The value is above 52V, even if it is fully charged, the battery level cells on the display screen are not all lit.)
P3: Wheel diameter: default 100. No adjustment is required.
can be set to 080-160 (080 means 8'', 100 means 10'', and so on), increasing by 5 each time.
The P3 wheel diameter setting is based on the tire size of the scooter. For example, the KuKirin G2 Max wheel is 10 inches, then the default wheel diameter setting of G2 Max is 10, and the Kirin G2Pro wheel is 9 inches, then the default setting of the Kirin G2Pro wheel diameter is 9, which does not need to be adjusted. (If the wheel diameter is adjusted to a value other than the default wheel diameter, the speed displayed when the scooter ride will be inaccurate.)
P4: Magnetic poles setting: default 30. No adjustment is required. it is set according to the number of magnets in the motor. Kirin G2Pro and G2 Max have 30 magnets.
P5: Cruise Control ON/OFF: 0=cancel cruise control, 1=set the cruise control. when cruise control is turned on, the cruise control icon flashes; default cancel cruise control.
Cruise control mode: The scooter is set to cruise control mode. Press the accelerator to ride. After the accelerator is released, the scooter will continue to drive at the current speed without pressing the accelerator.
(Kindly Tip: Please pay attention to safety when using this cruise control mode. The cruise control still will continue to ride when the accelerator is released. To stop, you need to press the brake.)
P6: Static start/Sliding start. 0: zero start(static start); 1: non-zero start(sliding start), the start mode is displayed when the power is turned on (non-zero start displays NON).
Kindly notice that after the power is turned on, press the throttle in zero start mode to start directly; in non-zero start mode, the scooter needs to be coasting above 5km/h before it can be started.
P7: Speed limiter: range 100 is to cancel the speed limit setting and ride at the normal speed of each gear.
P8: Sleep time: 0, no hibernation; other numbers are hibernation time, range: 1-60; unit minutes, default 5 minutes; By default, the scooter will automatically shut down if there is no operation for 5 minutes.
PA: Start Strength Setting, which is the starting drive strength when the throttle is pressed after switching on: range 1-5. 1=min, 5=max; default 5.
The default setting for both the Kirin G2Pro and G2 max is 5. You can adjust this setting to suit your needs. If you feel that the start-up force after pressing the throttle is too strong, you can adjust it downwards.(Assuming that the current scooter launch force is 5, the scooter will go from 0km/h to maximum speed in 5 seconds. If you adjust it to a different value, the process will take longer, to 10 seconds or something like that. (These times are not actual, just an analogy))
PB: Brake Strength Setting: default 0, No Adjustment is required. (because the kirin G2Pro and G2 Max both models are disc brakes, and the main braking is still controlled by the customer himself by pressing the brake lever, so the default setting of pb is 0.)
PC: ODO clear. Unrecoverable after being cleared. 0 - The mileage data is maintained and not cleared. 1 - The mileage data is cleared and reset to zero. If set 1, automatically exit the parameter setting page, and clear the mileage data, which cannot be restored.
