arturvolpi My guess would be that those people you are talking about may be first generation British people with immigrant parents. This would mean that they speak in their native language at home with their parents while speaking English outside of the house, which can result in a sort of hybrid of accents.

One of my teachers in High School was hairless (no eyebrows,had to wear a wig,no beard) and rumor had it that he had jumped into a pool that had just been treated with chlorine....idk whether it's true or not though....could just be high schoolers spinning stories like only high schoolers can🙄🤣

Yes there is a link between testosterone and body hair. But a hight testosterone level doesnt mean you will have much body hair. Genetics is a factor.

Well yeah. You have to swim for hours a day in a pool with a lot of chlorine. It first sort of bleaches your hair and and dries it out to the point that it falls apart. My brothers used to have swim practice twice a day, and one year I think that they put too much chlorine in the pool, because my brother's hair fell apart. He had to shave it off because it was just too damaged.

(And she has good taste in men; I think Kunal Nayyar is hot, especially when he doesn't straighten his hair like it is on the show.) Down with manscaping! I totally don't get it. When and why did that become a thing? (Too much of anything isn't good, but I don't find a totally bald chest on a grown man attractive! - makes note not to fall for any Olympic swimmers, lol - )

Blame Bollywood, too!° Since the turn of millennium, there has been several movies of female-gazes in order to recompense male-gazes of "bikini babes" where A-listers with very smooth chest enhanced by abs, as if someone has applied body-oil over them! And of course, many of such visuals are by beachside but unfortunately, that's not even the majority case.

I guess some parts of that statement about the Chlorine are true. but you have to swim for many hours in a short period of time like a span of a week or two. for it to have a minimum effect. But if it's great amount of hours. The Chlorine will have more effect. Thank you Google

Ha. You're not in danger of your hair being seriously damaged unless you are swimming for hours every day in high chlorine water, like an Olympic swimmer who trains for hours and hours every day. The average person's amount of time in a pool with chlorine is fine.

I love Conan, but the one thing that annoys me about him is that he always talks over his guests. And, this is just my opinion, but he comes across sometimes as trying to upstage his guests. It's like, "Let your guests talk. You don't have to interject something funny every 15 seconds."

You could be Vitamin D deficient. Vitamin D helps your body convert cholesterol into sex hormones. Or you could just be naturally hairless and not need advice from random KZfaqrs, hah.
