INGREDIENTS -
3/4th cup Sugar
1/2 cup Milk
Carrots grated (thick) - 4 cups
Pista chopped - 1 tbsp
Cashew nuts chopped - 1 tbsp
3/4th cup Sugar
1 tbsp Desi Ghee
1/2 tsp Cardamom powder
Almonds chopped - 1 tbsp
grated - 1/2 cup Khoya

I bhuno the gajar in good amount of ghee to get dark colour till oil oozes out. Then add milk and mawa(optional) once it's dried then add sugar and dry fruits
