INGREDIENTS:
Ivy gourd/kundru -500 grm
Potato - 2 medium
Finley chopped onion - 2 medium
Chopped tomato - 2 medium
Ginger garlic paste - 2 tsp
Gram flour - 2 tsp
Cumin seeds - 1 tsp
Bay leaf - 2 small
Turmeric powder - 1/4 tsp
Kashmiri red chilli powder- 1 tsp
Red chilli powder - 1/2 tsp
Coriander powder - 2 tsp
Malai/cream- 2 tbsp
Kasuri methi- 1 tbsp
Garam masala powder - 1/2 tsp
Mustard oil - 4 tbsp +3 tbsp
Salt to taste
Chipped coriander leaves

I appreciate how you cooked everything separately. This way all the gourd and potatoes are cooked to perfection and nothing gets overcooked. The char on those potatoes make my mouth watered. I can eat them on its own like that haha. The gravy looks so good, adding cream was a big surprise for me. Normally I see curd being added instead😉. This looks delicious and the color looks appetizing and tempting. I've never had this dish before but it sure made me salivate. Excellent recipe and cooking technique 🤗👍
