Bhai thanday Pani say khoon Nikilta nahi yarr jamta hai so plz use warm water or even boil the meat for couple minutes than wash the meat again .... surprising result. Less blood n smell ...try and let me know

Agar hum gosht ko garam pani men dalen dhonay se phly to meat men mojoud albumin hard ho jata hai jiski waja se blood bahir nai nikal sakta is liye hmesha thanday pani se dhona chahye. Excellent recipe yet again! Kun never disappoints with his mastery of traditional Pakistani recipes. This is my 4th recipe of his and it turned out perfect! Excellent consistency of rice firmness to broth and meat was full of flavor. I’m going onto his chicken karahi keema recipe tomorrow. Very satisfying knowing these are full proof recipes that always turn out magically delicious! Hats off to Kun for taking my Pakistani cooking to the Desi next level!

The recipe and ingredients are authentic, no doubt. The cooking or preparing Pulao is exactly is similar to my ancestor's style, from Delhi (India) to Karachi (Pakistan).
