Ghee/Oil 1/2cup
Onion 4medium thinly sliced
Salt 1tsp
Black Pepper 1.25tsp
Water 1/2cup
Yoghurt 1/2cup
Cumin Powder 1tsp

I made this exactly as he did. I didn't have ghee so used a mix of butter and canola oil. It was excellent. My 2 and 4 year old also loved it.
