Bhai Thank you so much..mujhe personally Allo gosht pasand nai..mere husband ko mere hath ka paka allo gosht pasand ni..magar app ki recipe follow ki maine tu soch liye yehe recipe follow kron gi..husband b kehtay bht arsay baad allo gosht ka maza aya aur kafi din baad dil se pait bhar k khana khaya..tu app ko ye msg Jazak Allah kehne k liye kiya

Always boil or cook meat adding lehsan adrak pyaz n little bit of spices so we can get a gud yakhni full of aroma n taste...then let the meat cook on low flame so it can release all juices n goodness then u can add tomatoes n oil for frying meat...

ماشاء اللہ جی اللہ تعالیٰ آپ کو جزائے خیر دے مجھے کوکنگ کی الف ب بھی نہیں آتی تھی لیکن جب سے آپ کی بنای چیزیں step by step follow کی الحمدللہ انگلیاں چاٹنے کو دل کرتا ہے اور یہ والی recipe نے تو بچپن یاد کرا دیا ویسے میں فرانس سے ہوں اور میں نے آج تک کسی کو کوئی comment نہی کیا لیکن اللہ آپ کو جزائے خیر دے آمین ثم آمین
