Kurt Elling...I take my hat off to you..Fabulous rendition of Come Fly With Me..When I first heard that number it brought to mind Sinatra( the Late Frank Sinatra who aren't familiar) great backing..Thanks guys..Best Wishes from Robert of Adelaide in South Australia

You GET what they did, here. So much of what's going on in jazz is doing something new with standards and pop tunes. This is such an energized, creative version. If someone doesn't like it, they're expecting Sinatra's version.

Where is the melody? This isn't the tune Sinatra made famous. Creative license???

Yes, that's what jazz is about...creativity... Mr. Sinatra used his creative juices to interpret this Van Heusen/Cahn composition note for note as written. If you want rigidity don't look for it in jazz.

Something is off..surprised......the arrangement...and doesnt he sound a bit flat..least favorite on u tube...nature boy in Australia..that for me sets the bar..
