It's also scary, because people under 10 are the most easily influenced AND that influence will follow them their entire lives, what we teach kids shapes who they become, that's terrifying when kids are only watching videos of pranks and abuse and nothing real and no good lessons. Adults can't be influenced so much because we already were shaped when we were 10 and know who we are and reject what we know is wrong, we have the wherwithal to say "this guy is dumb and I won't be like him", but kids just see it and go "cool I wanna do that" and then by the time they're 14 they won't learn a new thing because they were influenced at 10 to be a little asshole.

@@-desertpackrat that is true, but also think about all the asshole main characters there were in shows made in the 90s and 00s. We couldn't separate what was real life and what was just people and animated characters being stupid. But as we got older, and looked back on the shows, we realized how fake and annoying they were. A lot of kids are going to be little shits regardless of what they're watching. Anither thing to realize is that burnout and failed youtubers and influencers are going to replace burnout and failed bands, because everyone who wanted to be cool in the 90s and 00s wanted to have a band, and it's the same now with youtubers/influencers. Some are going to make it, but most won't have the charisma and talent to actually do that.

I smoked a joint and watched this and I hated looking at Nate’s face bc for some reason it looks like the symmetry tool was used but it’s not aligned correctly so it looks correct but constantly blurred in the middle and scary when he talked. Then if you pause it do you can see what his face is like, you have to stare at it but oops you’ve stared too long and now his face is slowly becoming one of those realistic Flapjack stills and it’s just bad seeing his face at all

Your ACTUAL growth tips at the end were FACTZ. Kurtis; getting caught up in numbers/the lack of numbers is so discouraging and destructive, I know that as a creator myself! But when it comes down to it, if you REALLY LOVE what you are making, and having fun whilst doing so, you’ll eventually find your crowd and you WILL “get somewhere”! Performing and creating has been my life long passion, so having my own channel is like making my own little films and getting to star in them at the same time. -I can’t imagine how exhausting content creation would be if my end goal were to just be “get rich and drive a bright orange car that looks like some giant stepped on it it’s that flat…” 😂

I came here from the other video that Kurtis made with Jake, because…well I’m late. Anyway, it seems like he was awful to his (luckily now) ex gf. She deserves better and tbh I will go and support her. Edit: I just checked her channel out. The break up definitely done good to her. She is now real (or at least acts more real) and just seems happier. Her personality is also shining bright. It’s crazy to think, how she must have felt being with that douch

yeah i watched a video she did a couple years ago where she talked about it. he was apparently super emotionally abusive and she suggested physically too; but she never went into details except to say that she tried to take her own life toward the end, and had to be hospitalized. at the time when she posted that, nate was still actively making fun of her on his own channel. that dude really did a number on her.
