അവതരണം നന്നായിട്ടുണ്ട് ❤ വീഡിയോ കണ്ടിട്ട് കൃഷി ഭൂമി ചരിവുള്ള ഉയർന്ന പ്രാദേശമാണെന്ന് തോന്നുന്നു. അതിനാൽ ഇടിമിന്നൽ ഏൽക്കാൻ സാധ്യത ഉണ്ട് Gi കമ്പി ഉപയോഗിച്ച് ഇരുമ്പ് തൂണുകൾ പരസ്പരം ബന്ധിപ്പിച്ചിരിക്കുന്നതുകൊണ്ട് ഒരു തൂണിൽ ഇടിമിന്നൽ ഏറ്റലും എല്ല തൂണിലെയും മുളക് ചെടിയെ അത് സരമായി ബാധിക്കും. കൃഷി ഭൂമിയുടെ ഏറ്റവും ഉയർന്ന പ്രേദേശത്തു 45° എങ്കിലും കാവേറേജ് കിട്ടുന്ന രീതിൽ lightning arrester സ്ഥാപിച്ചാൽ വളരെ നന്നായിരിക്കും

How to control the rust at the base plate part atleast you can provide plastic pipe round at the base as a covering to avoid rust and water flow

We have used galvanized iron baseplate to avoid rusting , on top of that we applied 2 layers of epoxy primer. And we planted pepper plant 1 feet away from the post , so that we can do maintainance at the base plate area whenever required. Thanks for your suggestion we will consider that as well.😀

ദയവായി 7 അടി ദുരത്തിൽ പ്ലാവിൻ തൈകൾ വെച്ച് പിടിപ്പിച്ചു അതിൽ കുരുമുളക് കയറ്റുക, 2 വർഷം കഴിഞ്ഞു 15-16 അടി പൊക്കത്തിൽ വെച്ച് വട്ടം മുറിച്ചു വിടുക, ഒരിക്കലും ഉണങ്ങില്ല കുരുമുളക് നന്നായി കയറും 🙏 (എന്റെ ഐഡി ഓപ്പണാക്കിയാൽ നിങ്ങൾക്ക് കാണാം സിമന്റ് പോസ്റ്റിലും pvc പൈപ്പിലും കുരുമുളക് വളർത്തുന്ന കർഷകനാണ് ഞാൻ, വിഡിയോകൾ കണ്ടു തീരുമാനിക്കു എന്റെ ഈ സജഷൻ. .. ഈ പൈപ്പുന്നും വേണ്ട, അതൊന്നും ആവശ്യമില്ല എന്ന് ബോധ്യം വന്നത് കൊണ്ട് ഞാൻ ഇത് പറയുന്നത് 🙏)

തീർച്ചയായും മരങ്ങളാണ് ഏറ്റവും നല്ലത്.ഉയർന്ന സാന്ദ്രതയുള്ള ഫോർമാറ്റിൽ നട്ടാൽ, കുരുമുളക് ചെടിക്ക് സൂര്യപ്രകാശം ലഭിക്കില്ല, അത് ഉൽപാദനക്ഷമതയെ ബാധിക്കും.

ഇതിന് നല്ല ഉയരത്തിൽ ചെയാൻ പറ്റും എന്നതാണ് ഇതിൻ്റെ ഗുണം.. പിന്നെ ഏണി ചാരാൻ പറ്റും.. ഇതിന് വണ്ണം കുറവായതിനാൽ ആദ്യം കയറുന്ന രണ്ട് മൂന്നു വള്ളികൾ ക്ക് വേരുപിടിക്കാൻ സ്ഥലമുണ്ട്.. പിന്നെ വരുന്നവള്ളികൾക്ക് പിടിച്ചിരിക്കാൻ സ്ഥലം കിട്ടിയെന്നുവരില്ല.. ഇതുപോലെ മറ്റൊരാൾ ചെയുന്നത് കണ്ടത് ചകരികയർ പോസ്റ്റിനുചുറ്റും കെട്ടി അതിനുപുറത്ത് ചപ്പനെറ്റ് കെട്ടിയാണ്.അപ്പോൾ ഒരു കൗങ്ങിനോളം വണ്ണം കിട്ടും.. ചേട്ടൻ ചെയ്ത രീതിയിൽ തന്നെ പി വിസിയിൽ പതിനാറ് പതിനേഴ് അടിവരെ ഒരു രീതിയുണ്ട്..നിരപ്പായ സ്ഥലങ്ങളിൽ ഇങ്ങനെ എളുപ്പം ചെയാം.. നിരപ്പായ സ്ഥലങ്ങളിൽ ചക്രങ്ങളുള്ള തള്ളി നീക്കാവുന്ന സ്കഫോൾഡ് സെറ്റ് ചെയ്ത് മുളക് പറിക്കാം..എട്ടടിയോളം അകലം ഇട്ടാൽ മതി..അത്യാവശ്യം ഉറപ്പുള്ള മണ്ണാണെങ്കിൽ രണ്ടരയടി ആഴത്തിൽ നാലിഞ്ച് കുഴിയെടുത്ത് അതിലേക്ക് നേരിട്ട് പൈപ്പിറക്കുക.. എന്നിട്ട് 4or 6kgപൈപ് ഉപയോഗിക്കാം..ഇതുപോലെ മുകളിൽ +രീതിയിൽ ഇടുന്ന കമ്പി വരുന്ന ഭാഗത്ത് ജിഐ കമ്പിയോ സർവീസ് വയർകെട്ടാൻ ഉപയോഗിക്കുന്ന നൈലോൺ കേബിളോ ഉപയോഗിച്ച് പത്തുപതിനഞ്ചെണ്ണം നീളത്തിലുംകുറുകെയും വരുമ്പോൾ ചുറ്റി അടിയിൽ കുറ്റിയടിച്ച് കെട്ടിനിർത്തിയാൽ മതിയാവും.. മേലെ കെട്ടിനിർത്തിയാൽ പതിനാറടിയെല്ലാം ഈസിയായി ചെയാൻ പറ്റും എന്നുതോന്നുന്നു.. വേണമെങ്കിൽ പൈപിനകത്ത് എട്ടടിയോളം മണ്ണോ മണലോ നിറച്ചും കൊടുക്കാം..

പിവിസിയിൽ ചെയുമ്പോൾ കമുകിൻ തടിയോളംവണ്ണം കിട്ടും വെള്ളം തട്ടിയാലും തുരുമ്പെടുക്കില്ല..കോൺക്രീറ്റ് നിർബന്ധമില്ല.. മേലെയുള്ള കെട്ടുകൊണ്ടുതന്നെ കാറ്റിൽ ഇളകാതെ നിൽക്കും.. അകലം എട്ടടിയൊളം ഇടുമ്പോൾ താഴെ വരെ സൂര്യപ്രകാശം കിട്ടും താഴെയും നല്ല വിളവുണ്ടാവും..1600 ...1700 രൂപയിൽ ഇങ്ങനെ സ്വന്തമായും ചെയാം.അധികം പണിക്കൂലിയാവില്ല.. സ്ഥലം നിരപ്പാക്കിയാൽ ഇങ്ങനെ എളുപ്പം ചെയാൻ പറ്റുംം..

Sure, we will try.basically we have welded 2 washers on top of the post to tie the gi wire , it is holding well . I will make a video when we do this next time .

അതെ, നിങ്ങൾക്ക് ഓരോ പോസ്റ്റിനും ചെലവ് ഏകദേശം 500 രൂപ കുറയ്ക്കാൻ കഴിയും. എന്നാൽ നിങ്ങൾക്ക് 6 മീറ്റർ ഉയരം ലഭിക്കില്ല, കൂടുതൽ സമയം ചെലവഴിക്കുന്നതിനാൽ സ്റ്റെപ്പ് ladder ഉപയോഗിച്ച് വിളവെടുപ്പ് ചെലവ് കൂടുതലായിരിക്കും.
