In our first drive video of the Volkswagen Virtus, we tell you all of its positives and negatives. This soon-to-be launched Volkswagen Virtus is based on the same MQB-AO-in platform that also underpins Taigun, Kushaq and Slavia, and thus share its powertrain and some components with the aforementioned models. We drove both the 1.0L and 1.5L automatic versions of the car. Unlike the Slavia, the Virtus only gets the 7-speed DSG automatic transmission and not the manual. Though the prices are yet to be released, we expect it to be priced between Rs 10.50 lacs to Rs 20 lacs.
