I songs that i believe the world should hear.
I am an ARTIST THAT COVERS OTHER ARTISTS and love to find NEW AND OLD that people really enjoy.

Thank you maryann.. it is a beautiful song and the first time i heard it, it hit me hard and reminded me of losses i have experienced in my life. The lyrics hit you in the heart like daggers and the backing track is gorgeously supporting those lyrics.. once i heard it, i couldn't forget it. That was why i recorded it. When i find a song that takes me in to my memories and sparks those emotions, i have to record it as a record of my own feelings and emotions from echoes of my past. Dude this is RAW as Fook. No auto tune. Looks like a few drinks and a couple more, a cig and hella emotions. Just my impression. This is my favorite kind of art. Just raw emotion and in the moment. Got my sub brother. I have a serious question for you. It is something I struggle with sometimes. How do you separate singing from extreme emotions while performing? It is hard for me to find that middle ground. I used to dumb it down with a lot of drugs until the drugs overtook the art. It is hard for me to perform emotion in playing now without being over emotional.

Hi Jason, firstly thank you for your kind comments and for subscribing to the channel. To answer your question about emotional performance. I have lived a bit of a life and been through a lot of emotionally challenging times, as I'm sure a lot of people have. The world isn't a very nice place sometimes and people and situations can be very cruel. I've dealt with most of these times alone and managed somehow to keep going rather than giving up. Music has helped me through most of my life and when I sing emotional songs, I try to think of a memory that I can associate with the lyrics and kind of relive that moment in my mind whilst I sing. I do sometimes have difficulty keeping the emotions under control and maintaining composure and have broken down mid song while recording. I think the key is acceptance of the memories I attach. Because you can manage the emotions of things you have accepted easier. The only advice I could give is to keep practicing the songs until your mind finds a way to deal with the memories or situation that you're reminded of by the lyrics or the the music. Choking up on words is just a proof that you're human. Sometimes that can add to the overall impact it has on the people who listen. Thanks again for the comment and good luck with your singing!
