So, do they rehydrate ok? I don’t think I’ve ever had freeze dried strawberries 🍓 before.

FD fruit of any kind turns to mush when rehydrated. Will never retain it's acutal fresh structure again. Will have the same taste tho just mushy.

They are a bit soft rehydrated but they are so good just eaten right out of the can!

They are so good in their dried form, I never tried to rehydrate! Bet it would work in cakes though in rehydration form.

Freeze dried berries are the very best. Trust me. 😊❤ 🍓🍓🍓🍓🍓🍓🍓🍓 just eat as is, supremely delicious. I have had samples of freeze dried fruit before, yummy. Sometimes breakfast cereals have freeze dried strawberries.

Just FYI their shipping is crazy cheap, $3. I ordered wheat berries and beans from them so far this year. Shipping took like 2 weeks, which is fine with me for their great prices.
