Kylie is the queen of "Camp Cool"...or "Cool Camp"....whichever sounds better. Nobody does it better than her. She is utterly unique. ❣And to think, back in the day, her critics said she wouldn't last. She's outlasted them ALL!!!

I like to think all the characters represented different eras of Kylie's career. The one wearing the big hat reminds me of debut album Kylie who used to wear big hats too. The platinum blonde look reminds me of X Kylie. Red hair is reminiscent of Kylie in 1994 when she had a similar hair style. And then there's Showgirl Kylie as well.

The reason she has lasted this long in the music business is because she is a genuine artist and as the listener you can feel the love and joy she pours into her music She has always stayed true to herself and always remained modest about her incredible success. Ladies entering the music business, this is is how you do it! You don't have to chase headlines to stay relevant. Make good music with all your heart and soul and the crowds will follow.

Not as instant as Padam but after a few listens I am loving it. I have a soft spot for Kylie’s adlibs. She is just so good at them. The video could be interpreted so many different ways and so much going on, gives it lots of replay value. The first shot looks like inside a brain with dark Kylie as the controller. Very Dr Who, Tardis looks a bit like the character she played Astrid. Pink (innocent, sweet Kylie) maybe on a journey of “self discovery” or all Kylie’s could be aspects of her personality. Or comment on the music industry of pulling artists strings. Lots of throwbacks. Different Kylie’s - Confide in Me, Did It Again. Hotel room scene direct influence from the film Paris, Texas but also similar room to Padam and Dancing. Smashed disco ball - end of Disco era? Sparkly Kylie - Say Something, Miss A Thing. Pushes away from vanity to dance - Crystalized video. Lots of Kylie’s at end - Your Disco Needs You. Giant Kylie - Giving You Up video. Tiny showgirl, nod to that persona and maybe to her Vegas residence. There is probably loads more! Thanks for another Kylie reaction. 💚

Kylie is single-handedly rejuvenating pop music worldwide. Millions upon millions of people have sat on the sidelines waiting for a veteran from the heyday of radio-based pop music to rise again and capture the charts. Kylie is that triple-threat artist. #Padam #Tension

I think the video is an homage to the The Wizard of Oz. The black Kylie being just that. The pink Kylie being Dorothy. Now about the rest - I haven't got a clue. We also see that room that was in "Dancing" and "Padam padam". Stay fresh HBK Luke.
