Жыл бұрынIt’s really rare to see a dead and dying mall, close down permanently and then reborn so follow me as we take a look at the brand new kyova tri State Mall now Camp, Landing entertainment District in Ashland Kentucky. I will be returning at a future point in time to document any new changes that have occurred as well.

Wow! This is actually pretty cool, they turn the mall into an entertainment center. I need to head back there.

I remember when it was Cedar Knowll. My daughter played her violin there many moons ago. We live in Portsmouth Ohio❤ Nice video

Thanks. I know Portsmouth isn’t very big and now couldn’t support a mall but I always wished it had one so I could go when visiting the area. Been to Portsmouth many times.

@@smileyone6186 I’m sad just stepping out my door and seeing how screwed up gods creation has become. So I sit here eagerly awaiting his return great full for all I have every day enjoying and documenting what little good is left before it’s gone 😊

I live in this area!... Been there several times. I love the new Bowling alley. We go there all the time. (About the only one we got left, Since Blue Ribbon sold out to a damn bank! lol) I know you're hatred of Walmart. They killed that WHOLE AREA BRO. Wiped out all the small stores and why that mall got shut down. LOL Yeah, It started out as the "Cedar Knoll Galleria" and then Koyva Mall as a last-ditch effort to keep it open. That mall has gone through hell since it opened. So many shutdowns of stores. (Kmart, Sears, They was also a big-name chain Pharmacy/Grocery store in there, But I forget the name right now.) Seems like you must be also from this area since you know a lot of things used to be there. LOL What he has done with that so far? It's just amazing. And what he plans to do with the old Sears building. It's very nicely done! So many malls Should have done this approach years ago. Gives you a reason to actually go to a mall now. Sad eh? I am 53. I grew up in malls! LOL

No I am from Cincinnati but have visited the area a lot and researched the history.
