Is it possible to do this with the Tenveo VHD1080 Pro camera ,which has the green RS485 connector but only has a dipswitch (with 4 switches) on the back marked as IR select? If so how do I do this please?

yes. But VHD1080P is a fixed-focus camera, it can pan and tilt only, pls notice.

the cable is simple light cable send me the connection from the controller to the camera

Control 3 pcs cameras, RS485 will be better. You can find the standard RS485 cable in your local. if you have any questions to connect the camera, you can send me message.
