So, I use L-Citrulline before a gym workout with good success but have not had much luck with it for E.D issues. For that, I take Vardenafil. 🤓I don’t have any problems but i take 3g L-Citrullin Malat (powder form) daily because I want to keep it perfect and also because Iam curious about self improvement / optimization. After 2 month the hardness was slightly improved (I not really expect that) and my veins overall on my body were more visible during exercise than before. For me it’s a great way to improve my overall health. Also I have tried L-Arginin, but if you are sensitive to get Herpes on your mouth you should be aware of it because it can trigger it. The effect of Arginin was not really noticeable. Because my NOX Level is Perfect. First Choice is L-Citrullin Malat and a healthy diet. People have to understand that this isn’t a quick fix as using viagra. Citrulline and Arginine are better on a long term. Good idea is to combine either one of these above with either ginseng or yohimbe bark.

I am 65/I resolved my ED/by the following/ Natrol l/arginine/ 3 months/ plus a vegetarian diet/ no sugar/ white bread/ refined carbohydrates/ eliminating/ pelvic exercise combined. Be consistent/ be patient!!I would combine/small doses of yohimbe.No 🍸 alcohol during the 3 months. Good luck 👍.

There are a few studies suggesting daily use to keep the concentration of these amino acids high in your body. It depends on your situation so discuss with your GP. Also, remember that these are supplements and not pharmaceutical drugs which work on demand. Some supplements need some time to build up in your body.

Sorry you haven't have a good experience. Do you know the cause behind your ED? Is it psychological, blood flow issue, low testosterone? Also, are you actively managing your stress, your weight and exercising? As I mentioned in the video, all of this needs to be considered and taken into consideration when trying to improve erections

Honestly, if you're under the age of 60 and your ED is mild to moderate, I think this should be the goal (for most men). If you're looking for immediate effects, you'll need a pharmaceutical product (Viagra/ Cialis). As I mentioned in the video, you need to combine these supplements with plenty of exercise (strength training and aerobic training), reduce your stress levels, and truly take care of your body. Your ED most likely didn't happen over night, it's not realistic to think it will fix itself over night as well. It's going to take some time
