You can find some other similar Hung Gar style or Martial Arts application demo just played how to parry counter or block I can only reach this level to demonstrate If I do, but I think this is cannot how to explain the philosophy about what I found in Kung Fu. People learn information through the screen and audio is too narrow and wasted body function. Only face to face, sweat, bleeding, feel the body shock and train to tire, that's the only way to learn Kung Fu or other kind of Martial Arts.
