Beautiful work. That didn't look like a big enough degree of Spondy to warrant a fusion to me, in Germany that could maybe still be ADR.. BUT, I am not a spine surgeon, and the work was beautiful 😊

I am almost grade III with bilateral stenosis and no disc left, but I have found that a lot of patients with much better images than me have much higher pain levels.
