As an infection preventionist, I moaned a little watching this... For real though, it's good to see medical professionals take this seriously. There are a lot of doctors and nurses who forget to wash their hands when going from one patient room to another and don't wear proper PPE. Then, when I try to tell them the importance of infection control measures, you can tell it's going in one ear and out the other. But when some nasty thing is going around the facility, suddenly people are looking to me and asking what I'm going to do about it. I can tell you whatever plan I implement isn't going to be effective unless people actually wash their hands and do the basics. Lol sorry for the rant!

Did the same when painting in paint booth on big projects. You sweat a ton. And last thing you want is sweat running down your arm and leaking out your sleeves onto what your painting. Paint doesnt stick to water. I bet a surgery room is air conditioned unlike most factories/paint depts
